Our volunteers play a crucial role in facilitating the administration of exams to our AP students. There are 50 slots available on multiple dates in May, during the week, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Your duties will include supervising the exam room, distributing test materials such as packets, calculators, and pencils, and assisting students with any needs such as water, tissues, or permission to leave the room during the exam.
While there will be a main proctor present, your additional support is greatly appreciated. You will walk about the room to monitor, and chairs will be provided for volunteers to sit when needed. This is a quiet space for a long test. Please dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes.
If you are a parent, you may not volunteer for an exam your child is taking.
